'TURNED TOWARDS THE SUN' (updated)
Many of us having sometimes sweated blood to get it done, our film about Micky Burn's life is finally to see the light of day (or night) at the BFI London Film Festival in October. Not only that, but both showings were completely sold out within minutes of tickets going on sale to the public! A DVD with additional content will follow, and I'll post the details as soon as I have them.

The film itself is a feature-length documentary filled with poignancy and laughter, and will be particularly meaningful to those interested in either the Saint-Nazaire Raid, or in Colditz Castle. For all those who knew Micky, it will also be a welcome opportunity to revisit this remarkable and much-loved character. I guess it really is true to say they just don't make 'em like that any more!
